The City of Asheville Welcomes You To The Grant Southside Center Outdoor Pool!

Dates of Operation:

May 24 – September 1, 2025

Weekends ONLY before June 7 (including Monday, May 26) and after August 17.

Pool Hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00pm

Saturday – 11:00 am – 7:00pm

Sunday – 12:00pm – 7:00pm

Admission is $3 per person per day.

Season Passes are available at the pool starting May 24:

$100 for an individual and $150 for a Family (4 persons)

Asheville voters overwhelmingly approved a general obligation (GO)
bond referendum allocating up to $20 million for parks and
recreation improvements throughout the city
including a new outdoor pool in Malvern Hills Park
with more info on its project page

Following catastrophic Helene-related destruction at the city’s
most popular pool in Recreation Park, the City of Asheville
plans to begin the design process
to rebuild parks and recreation spaces
along Azalea and Gashes Creek roads later in May.
